It' not bad at all, but also not something to write home about. I would've rated this higher if the hotel was cheaper, but at 700k IDR I think the hotel leaves rooms for improvement.First, the room. We got the older rooms in floor 8. The corridor is pretty, but the room is quite bland. There is no fridge. Pillows are quite stuffy and they give you only two. Bed is fine. The AC leaked though.Bathroom is kinda differently designed. There's no separator between the shower and the rest of the bathroom, so it can get quite wet after a shower. The shower gel is super simple and a little bit too watery.The lobby is small with a compact receptionist. Staff is friendly. The plus side however there's a decently sized Indomart in the same building, and there are some good restaurants nearby despite being located a bit removed from city center.The breakfast is okay. Mid selection of small Indonesian food but some good sweet dessert. But I'd like to point out the restaurant in 9th floor is quite nice, with a semi-outdoor space with a fresh windy air in a good weather. There's a small gym in the same floor open for 24 hours, so that's a very good plus.

The location is strategic, walking distance to some famous cafe and restaurants. Room was clean and enough space. Staffs were generally friendly. Parking are limited.Kak Tiara greeted us during breakfast and she was lovely. Kids might need to bring floaties as they dont have designated kids pool, only level of steps that differentiate pool’s depth. They also have open kitchen concept which is cool and have cuanki and cotton candy menu amongs other. Overall, a good place to say if you aim for strategic location and friendly staff.

Absolutely one of the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Starting from when I arrived at the hotel, despite having entered my check in time in the booking app I used, which is 1 PM, the room wasn't ready until almost 3 PM. Then when I entered the room, it was a staircase view, like seriously?And disappointments didn't end there. The light near the desk was broken, the AC wasn't working either. I had to call in an engineering personnel to fix that. In the end, he wasn't able to fix the light, and when he took out the AC's dust filter, oh gosh, dust had accumulated so much in there, it looked like the filter hasn't been cleaned in a year or so (photo taken after the filter was cleaned).Then after he left, when I started using the bathroom, the exhaust fan rattles like crazy. The noise was so loud, I asked to have our room changed but the hotel staff wasn't able to provide us with another room. What a terrible hotel to stay in.Breakfast was fine, nothing's special. Strategic location, but after having gone through all these troubles, I would never stay in this hotel again.

Service was good. The room, however, was just mediocre. The sheets were stained and there were still strands of hair on the bed. We were given two sad lumpy pillows. The bathroom design is a catastrophe being without separator between the shower and other area. Everything was wet after shower. They put the toilet paper far away from the toilet, not practical!The restaurant was too small to cater for the many guests. It made the ambience hectic and stressful. There were two parts of the restaurant: the main room were packed, but kept clean; the other connected room was dirty and way too far from all the good foods. The foods and the drinks except for the juice bar were just ok. The fresh pressed fruit juices kept my good mood.The staffs were helpful and trying hard to please their guests. All in all, I don't think that this hotel can live up to the four stars it was given on Agoda.
Comfortable and really worth the price for the many facilities and delicious food
The rooms are good, the facilities are ok, the saralan is very suitable for our tastes, the service is good and fast...thank you Ms Tiara...just a little suggestion for the room to have a mirror...thank you cane hotel
Tebu Hotel was a nice place to stay. It has strategic place and quite near to centre of Bandung City. Also, big thanks to Ms Cindi for helping me with early check in process 😃
Satisfying experience for a rather budget hotel! Room was nice & comfy. Strategic as well, easy to reach and short walk can lead to tons of culinary spots. Definitely will stay again esp. after the renovation completed!
The hotel is clean. When we came, renovation is on going to add new wings, excited to come again & try the new rooms. Suggest to build thicker wall, since when we stay in the room we could literally hear the noises from next room. Definitely will come stay again in Tebu, since it is so strategic & close to tourist' spots.
